In order to cater you with the best possible care, at the beginning of your first appointment we ask you to fill up a complete a New Patient Registration Form, which will include queries about your health and an up to date medication list. We will ask you to update this information during each visit.
Your dental appointment is deemed confirmed at the time of booking. This means we will be allotting time for you with our doctor, and preparing your exam space by sterilizing all the equipment and materials needed for your visit. Therefore, we request a notice of at least 48 hours if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy, we’ll call you a day before your appointment just to check if you are good to come for the appointment.
