In order to protect you and your family we have introduced many new safety precautions until further notice. If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms such as cough, fever, and runny nose, please do not enter. We will gladly reschedule your appointment over the phone.
At this time, we are only allowed a maximum of 3 patients. If you have a family member or friend driving you to the clinic, it is advised that the driver waits in the car. We would like to apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this may cause.
With accordance to the BC law, we now require patients to wear their mask at all times in the waiting area and we will give you instructions to remove the mask when the treatment comes.
We have sanitizers throughout the clinic, but if you see an empty station, please let one of our staffs know. You will be asked to sanitize your hands for 20 seconds upon entering the clinic.
Once you are done sanitizing, we will need to measure your temperature and you will have to fill out a COVID questionnaire.
Kindly wait until our friendly staff escorts you to the procedure room. Inside there, we will give you a sanitized bin where you will be asked to put your belongings inside to reduce contamination. These bins are sanitized per patients.
You will then be asked to rinse your mouth with an anti-viral mouthwash for 60 seconds before being greeted by our dentist equipped with appropriate PPE. Depending on the procedure, we may require to wear more protective gears.
We will be using a high speed evacuation (HVAC) to capture any aerosols and splatter at all times.
Once your treatment is complete, we will kindly ask you to put your mask back on before exiting the procedure room.
We are officially opened for the following hours:
Sunday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Let us work hard together and beat this together! 💪
