Our office provides direct billing services and accepts most insurances. As a goodwill gesture to our patients, our clinic staff will help you in completing the paperwork your insurance company needs to expedite your treatment coverage. Please note that Pacific Dental Centre staff are not responsible for ensuring your dental coverage, and insurance payment cannot be guaranteed by the clinic. Patients are responsible for confirming their insurance coverage prior to treatment and payment of invoices not covered by dental insurance.
In order to cater to you with the best possible care, at the beginning of your first appointment we ask you to fill up a complete a New Patient Registration Form, which will include queries about your health and an up-to-date medication list. We will ask you to update this information during each visit.
Your dental appointment is deemed confirmed at the time of booking. This means we will be allotting time for you with our doctor, and preparing your exam space by sterilising all the equipment and materials needed for your visit. Therefore, we request a notice of at least 48 hours if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy, our staff will give you a confirmation call the day before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subjected to a $100 cancellation fee.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
COVID-19 safety protocols are to be followed by all patients and visitors when entering the premises. Masks are mandatory in our dental clinic and we request our patients to keep their masks on until they are seated in the dental chair.
